There was a return rate of approximately 50%. This is what you said about our school:- Our school is welcoming to parents and visitors. 71% strongly agree 29% tend to agree My child is happy at school. 76% strongly agree 23% tend to agree 1% tend to disagree I feel confident that the school knows my child well and is meeting his/her needs. 70% strongly agree 30% tend to agree I know the areas that my child is doing well in. 72% strongly agree 26% tend to agree 2% tend to disagree I know what my child needs extra help with. 68% strongly agree 30% tend to agree 2% tend to disagree I know what my child’s Maths and English targets are. 69% strongly agree 31% tend to agree 1% tend to disagree I know how to help my child at home. 70% strongly agree 28% tend to agree 2% tend to disagree I would recommend the school to a family new to the area 74% strongly agree 25% tend to agree 1% tend to disagree Thank you for all the positive things you said about our school in terms of the after-school clubs, curriculum and care, support and guidance you feel are a strength. We also asked for your opinion on things we need to do better. There were some points which were raised on individual questionnaires which we are addressing (such as cloakrooms and playtimes) but the main things you wanted us to sort out were the traffic and parking problems. We will continue to try out very best on this matter, but would plead with parents for their cooperation and support to keep cars out of the school grounds and off the yellow lines on Park Street.
