ART WEEKThe children worked with artist, Pete Deakin, throughout the week to produce a series of abstract pieces based around the theme of the local area. The children had fun experimenting with different textures and styles with colour and paints. The children in the Early Years Unit practiced using rollers for their display whilst the older children enjoyed sketching Wombwell and the surrounding area. Their ideas were then used to create BIG ART for the hall.
